摘　　要：钢板除锈预处理是产品制造中重要工艺,直接影响涂装质量和产品使用寿命,提出了一种基于柔索冲击接触实现钢板表面清洁除锈及强化的新方法。分析了柔索冲击接触钢板表面除锈机理及过程,建立了运动学方程;应用离散化方法,采用六维弹簧柔性连接建立了柔索多体系统动力学模型,基于柔索与钢板间的冲击接触理论,建立了柔索冲击接触动力学模型;应用ADAMS对单根柔索冲击接触动力学仿真,得到末端绳索接触力与速度变化规律;设计了除锈试验机,试验表明:该除锈方法可行且除锈效果良好,除锈等级达ST3级,对中小尺寸钢板表面除锈及强化具有很好应用前景。The pretreatment of the plate surface is important to the quality and life of production.This paper proposed a new method of surface derusting and surface strengthening for plate based impact contact of rope.Derusting mechanisms and working process were analyzed,and a kinematics equation was established.A dynamics model of the rope using 6-dimension spring flexible connection was built based on the discretization method,and the impact contact force model between the rope and the plate was introduced.The variation rule of the velocity and contact force was obtained with dynamic simulation in Adams.A test machine was designed.The experiment shows that:this derusting method is feasible and has good effect,the derusting grade can reach ST3,it has good application prospect in surface derusting and surface strengthening for small and medium size steel plates.
