利伐沙班应用于髋关节置换术后患者的观察及药理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨利伐沙班应用于髋关节置换术后患者的药理研究及临床疗效观察。方法选取自2016年5月至2017年5月于大连市友谊医院关节外科住院接受髋关节置换术患者60例,通过随机信封法分为对照组30例,术后应用低分子肝素治疗方案,试验组30例,术后应用利伐沙班口服治疗方案,观察两组患者治疗前后出血事件发生率、凝血及血常规变化情况。结果髋关节置换术后应用利伐沙班口服治疗,试验组出血事件发生率低于对照组,有统计学差异(P <0.05),术前术后血小板及凝血时间差值与对照组相当,无统计学差异(P> 0.05)。结论髋关节置换术后患者应用利伐沙班临床疗效优异,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the pharmacological effect and clinical efficacy of rivaroxaban in patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods From May 2016 to May 2017 in 60 patients undergoing hip replacement joint surgery hospital Dalian Friendship Hospital,were randomized into the control group of 30 cases,the application of low molecular weight heparin therapy after surgery,30 cases of experimental group,of rivaroxaban oral treatment application after operation,two groups were observed before and after treatment of patients with bleeding rate,and blood coagulation changes.Results Rivaroxaban oral treatment application after hip replacement,the incidence of bleeding events in experimental group lower than the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05),preoperative and postoperative platelet clotting time difference with control group,no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of rivaroxaban in patients with hip replacement is excellent,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
