护理干预对原发性食管癌患者治疗依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨分析护理干预对原发性食管癌患者治疗依从性的影响。方法从本院2014年1月至2017年1月期间收治的原发性食管癌患者中随机抽选80例,以此作为本次研究的观察对象,按照护理方式的差异将其分为两组,给予对照组40例患者常规护理干预,给予观察组40例患者综合护理干预,比较两组护理干预后患者治疗依从性。结果护理干预前两组患者治疗依从性对比无明显差异(P> 0.05),而护理干预后观察组患者治疗依从性比对照组显著更高(P <0.05)。结论临床在原发性食管癌患者中实施不同的护理方式对患者治疗依从性也有不同的影响,相较于常规护理干预而言,综合护理能够使患者治疗依从性得到显著提高,更能促进患者治疗效果及生活质量的提高,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on the treatment compliance of patients with primary esophageal cancer.Methods From our hospital during January 2014~January 2017 primary esophageal cancer patients randomly selected 80 cases,as the research object of observation,according to different nursing methods,it can be divided into two groups,40 patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with 40 cases and the treatment compliance of patients between the two groups after nursing intervention.Results There was no significant difference in the treatment compliance between the two groups before the nursing intervention(P>0.05),but the treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical in patients with primary esophageal cancer in the implementation of different nursing methods have different effects on treatment compliance of patients,compared with routine nursing intervention,comprehensive nursing can make the treatment compliance of patients improved significantly,it can promote the treatment effect of patients and improve the quality of life,is worthy of promotion.
