汉防己甲素对矽肺患者抗肺纤维化的作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨汉防己甲素对矽肺患者抗肺纤维化的作用。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月间我院收治的矽肺患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将全部矽肺患者均分为实验组与对照组,实验组患者40例,对照组患者40例,实验组患者的采用汉防己甲素治疗,对照组患者采用安慰剂治疗。对比两组患者的治疗有效率、症状评分、肺功能变化指标。结果实验组患者的症状积分(4.69±0.91),显著低于对照组(6.98±0.24),症状积分具有差异性,统计学意义存在(t=15.3894,P <0.05),实验组治疗有效率95.00%,对照组治疗有效率77.50%,实验组与对照组患者的治疗有效率对比,实验组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组,统计学意义存在(χ2=5.1647,P <0.05),实验组患者的肺功能指标变化情况对比,实验组患者的肺功能指标变化情况对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论汉防己甲素治疗矽肺抗肺纤维化效果显著,能够显著改善症状及呼吸功能,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of tetrandrine on pulmonary fibrosis in silicosis patients.Methods 80 silicosis patients from January 2016 to January 2018 in our hospital were selected as the research object.All silicosis patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method.40 patients in experimental group and 40 patients in control group.The experimental group was treated with tetrandrine and the control group was treated with placebo.Treatment.The effective rate,symptom score and pulmonary function index of the two groups were compared.Results The symptom score of the experimental group was(4.69±0.91),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(6.98±0.24).The symptom score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=15.3894,P<0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00%,and that of the control group was 77.50%.The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ2=5.1647,P<0.05).The change of pulmonary function index in the experimental group was compared with that in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tetrandrine is effective in Treating Silicosis with anti-pulmonary fibrosis,and can significantly improve the symptoms and respiratory function.It is worth popularizing.
