桂哌齐特联合银杏达莫治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察桂哌齐特联合银杏达莫治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2016年4月至2017年4月于我院综合二病房收治的椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕患者60例,采用随机数字法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采用常规内科治疗,试验组30例,在对照组基础上应用桂哌齐特及银杏达莫静点,观察治疗前后有效率。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论桂哌齐特联合银杏达莫治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕患者可以改善患者的临床症状,值得推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cinepazide maleate combined with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole treatment of vertebral basilar artery insufficiency vertigo.Methods From April 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital two wards of vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo patients 60 cases,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group randomly,30 cases in the control group received routine medical treatment,experimental group of 30 patients in the control group on the basis of the application of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole drip,efficiency were observed before and after treatment.Results The experimental group was better than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:the clinical symptoms of cinepazide maleate combined with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole treatment of vertebral basilar artery insufficiency vertigo patients can improve patients,is worth popularizing.
