挂线法配合通瘘汤外洗治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察挂线法配合通瘘汤外洗治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效。方法选取自2016年5月至2017年5月于沈阳市肛肠医院肛肠科就诊的复杂性肛瘘患者60例,采用随机数字法将纳入病例分为试验组和对照组,其中对照组30例,采用挂线法治疗,试验组30例,在对照组基础上采用中药通瘘汤外洗的方法,观察患者创口愈合时间、复发情况。结果伤口愈合时间试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P <0.05),复发率两组对比没有统计学差异(P> 0.05)。结论中医挂线法配合通瘘汤中药外洗治疗复杂性肛瘘安全有效,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of thread drawing method combined with Tonglou decoction for treating complicated anal fistula.Methods 60 patients with complex anal fistula from May 2016 to May 2017 in Shenyang anorectal anorectal Hospital cases randomly,all cases were divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in the control group,the hanging line therapy,experimental group of 30 patients in the control group based on the method of using traditional Chinese Medicine Tonglou decoction through the fistula wash the wound healing time were observed and recurrence.Results The wound healing time was better in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tt is safe and effective to treat complicated anal fistula with traditional Chinese medicine thread drawing method and traditional Chinese medicine Tonglou decoction for external anal fistula.It is worth popularizing.
