雾化吸入N-乙酰半胱氨酸与静滴氨溴索治疗支气管扩张症的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较雾化吸入N-乙酰半胱氨酸与静滴氨溴索治疗支气管扩张症的疗效。方法选取我院2016年1月至2017年12月收治入院的60例支气管扩张伴感染患者(排除咯血患者),随机分为实验组和对照组,各30例,两组均给予常规治疗,包括氧疗、抗感染、雾化吸入支气管扩张剂。实验组在常规治疗的基础上加用雾化吸入N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗,0.3克/次,每日2次,共12 d;对照组在常规治疗基础上加用静脉滴注氨溴索30毫克/次,每日2次,共12 d。比较两组患者的咳嗽症状积分、日排痰量及呼吸困难指数评分(m MRC)。结果两组患者在治疗后咳嗽症状积分、日排痰量及呼吸困难指数较治疗前差异有显著性(P <0.05),且实验组较对照组差异有显著性(P <0.05)。结论雾化吸入N-乙酰半胱氨酸较静滴氨溴索能更好的改善支气管扩张伴感染患者的咳嗽、咯痰及呼吸困难的症状,改善患者的生活质量,安全性较高,不良反应少。Objective Comparing the effect between N-acetylcysteine inhalation and ambroxol intravenous dripping for bronchiectasis.Method From Jan.2016 to Dec.2017,60 Bronchiectasis infected patients(None hemoptysis patients include)were selected.Randomly divide them into 2 teams,with 30 patients in each team,Observation team and Test team.Both teams give basic treatment,Oxygen Inhalation,Anti-Infection,Inhalation aerosol bronchodilator.Then test team add inhalation aerosol N-acetylcysteine,0.3 g/time,2 times/day,course 12 days.Observation team add ambroxol intravenous dripping,30mg/time,2 times/day,course 12days.And compare two teams treatment result,by score of Cough symptom,Daily excretion of sputum and mMRC.Result After course treatment,both teams observe statistically significant(P<0.05)for score of Cough symptom,Daily excretion of sputum and mMRC.And test team got better score than observation team with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Inhalation aerosol N-acetylcysteine can make better treatment than ambroxol intravenous dripping for Bronchiectasis infected patients,improve their cough,expectoration and dyspnea situation.Then improve their life quality,it's safe and few harmful effection.
