摘　　要：目的分析护理风险管理在无痛胃肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法选择该院2015年10月至2017年3月期间收治的无痛胃肠镜检查的130例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组与实验组,每组各65例患者,对照组患者给予普通护理管理,实验组患者给予强化安全护理风险管理,分析两组患者的不良事件发生率和患者的满意度。结果对照组患者的不良事件发生率为12.3%,实验组的为4.6%;对照组患者的满意度为75.4%,实验组的为95.4%,两组间差异显著,则差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在无痛胃肠镜检查中实施护理风险管理,大大减少了不良事件的发生,提升了护理质量,提高了患者的满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing risk management in painless gastrointestinal examination.Methods 130 patients who received painless gastrointestinal examination in our hospital from October 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the research subjects,then the patients were divided into two groups:control group and experimental group,65 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing management,and the patients in the experimental group were given enhanced safety nursing risk management.The incidence of adverse event and patients’satisfaction of two groups were analyzed.Results The incidence of adverse event in the control group and the experimental group was 12.3%and 4.6%respectively,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of nursing risk management in painless gastrointestinal examination can greatly reduce the occurrence of adverse events,improve the quality of nursing,and can improve patients’satisfaction.
