达比加群酯应用于心房颤动射频消融术后的观察及药理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨达比加群酯应用于心房颤动射频消融术后药理及临床疗效观察。方法选取自2016年5月至2017年5月于大连市友谊医院心血管内科住院接受治疗的心房颤动射频消融术后患者60例,通过随机信封法分为对照组30例,应用华法林口服治疗方案,试验组30例,应用达比加群酯口服治疗方案,观察两组患者治疗前后出血事件发生率、凝血常规及肝功能变化情况。结果心房颤动患者射频消融术后应用达比加群酯后,试验组治疗前后出血事件发生率及肝功能水平明显低于对照组,凝血水平高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论心房颤动患者射频消融术后应用达比加群酯口服,临床疗效优异,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the pharmacological and clinical efficacy of dabigatran in atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency catheter ablation.Methods From May 2016 to May 2017,60 patients with atrial fibrillation in the cardiovascular department of Dalian Friendship Hospital hospitalized patients were randomized into the control group 30 cases,oral warfarin therapy,30 cases of experimental group,application of dabigatran oral treatment,observation of two groups of patients before and after treatment of bleeding events the rate and changes of coagulation and liver function.Results The application of dabigatran atrial fibrillation after surgical radiofrequency ablation,before and after treatment in the experimental group the occurrence rate of bleeding and liver function was significantly lower than the control group,blood levels higher than the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dabigatran after oral radiofrequency catheter ablation is effective and worthy of clinical application.
