摘　　要：目的设计血液透析护理操作常见不良事件清单(以下简称清单)并应用于临床。方法参阅指南和文献,联系工作实际,设计血液透析护理操作常见不良事件清单;将清单应用于临床,对比清单使用前后常见护理操作不良事件发生率。结果与使用清单前护理操作不良事件发生率14.62%相比,使用清单后护理操作不良事件发生率(3.61%)大幅降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论运用清单可有效地降低血透不良事件发生率,规范护理操作行为,提高患者满意度。Objective To design a hemodialysis checklist of common adverse events regarding nursing procedures and to apply it to clinical settings.Methods To design the hemodialysis checklist by reviewing literatures and combining work practice and to compare with the procedure-related common adverse events before and after applying the checklist to hemodialysis patients.Results After applying the checklist,the procedure-related adverse events rate(3.61%)has greatly decreased,compared with that(14.62%)before it has been used.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hemodialysis checklist of adverse events regarding nursing procedures has effectively reduced the incidence of nursing adverse events in hemodialysis,Standardized the operation behavior of nursing and improved patient satisfaction.
