百蕊颗粒联合利巴韦林喷剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探索百蕊颗粒联合利巴韦林喷剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的有效性和安全性。方法选取本院患儿100例为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组。观察组患儿口服百蕊颗粒联合利巴韦林喷剂,对照组患儿单独使用利巴韦林喷剂,两组患儿均给予相同的对症治疗。比较两组患儿治疗后临床效果。结果观察组患儿退热时间、疱疹消失时间、食欲恢复时间均显著短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P=0.01)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论百蕊颗粒联合利巴韦林喷剂有助于控制疱疹性咽峡炎。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Bairui particles combined with ribavirin in the treatment of children with herpangina.Method 100 children with herpangina were selected from our hospital,and divided into control group and observation group.Observation group were treated with Bairui particles oral combined with ribavirin spray,control group were treated with ribavirin spray alone,and the two groups were given the same symptomatic treatment.Clinical effect after treatment between the two groups were compared.Result Children in observation group with cooling,herpes subsided,and appetite recovery time were significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).There was a higher efficacy in observation group than control group(P=0.01).The two groups had similar safety.Conclusion Bairui particles combined with ribavirin can help quickly and effectively control the progress of children with herpangina.
