优质护理干预肩周炎患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理肩周炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2016年1月至2017年1月于大连大学附属新华医院骨外科一病房住院接受治疗的肩周炎症患者60例,试验组与对照组均应用信封法随机分组,对照组30例,予常规护理干预,试验组30例,予优质护理干预,观察两组患者症状缓解率,疼痛评分。结果应用优质干预应用于肩周炎患者后,试验组临床症状缓解率明显高于对照组,疼痛评分水平明显低于对照组,有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论肩周炎症患者应用优质护理干预后可明显改善疼痛、改善临床症状。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high quality nursing scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017 in the Dalian University Affiliated Xinhua Hospital bone surgery ward 60 patients received the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis patients,test group and control group were applied randomly grouping,30 cases in the control group received routine nursing intervention,the experimental group of 30 patients,treated with high quality nursing intervention,two groups were observed in patients with symptoms rate of pain score.Results After applying the high quality intervention to the patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis,the remission rate of clinical symptoms in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing intervention can obviously improve pain and improve clinical symptoms in patients with periarthritis of shoulder.
