加味玉屏风汤联合艾灸治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析加味玉屏风汤联合艾灸治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法将2015年1月至2016年1月来我院治疗的58例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿作为研究对象,随机将58例患儿分成对照组和观察组各29例进行讨论,对照组患儿使用常规西药治疗,观察组患儿使用加味玉屏风汤联合艾灸治疗,比较疗效。结果观察组患儿治疗痊愈率显著优于对照组,且治疗过程中无严重不适症状发生,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论使用加味玉屏风汤联合艾灸治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘效果显著,可以进行推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of modified Yupingfeng decoction combined with Moxibustion in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children.Methods The January 2015-January 2016 year in our hospital 58 cases of cough variant asthma in children as the research object,randomly 58 cases were divided into control group and observation group of 29 cases were discussed,patients in the control group using conventional western medicine treatment,observation and treatment of modified Yupingfeng decoction combined with moxibustion group,curative effect comparison.Results The cure rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and there were no serious symptoms in the course of treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Yupingfeng decoction combined with moxibustion is effective in treating cough variant asthma in children and can be popularized.
