摘 要:以乙酸钴和碳酸锂为钴源和锂源,乙二醇和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)分别为反应溶剂和表面活性剂,采用液相法制备钴酸锂材料。利用XRD、SEM、TEM等表征了材料的结构和形貌。结果显示,所制得的材料是一种具有单晶结构的板状材料,粒径小于1 mm。与商品钴酸锂材料相比,所制得的材料的晶粒尺寸均一,形貌规整,且在2.8~4.3 V电压范围内,表现出更优的倍率性能。The crystalline LiCoO2 powders were fabricated by a facile solution synthesis using Co(CH3COO)2·H2O and LiNO3as the lithium and cobalt sources,glycol as the solvents,and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)as the surfactant.The structure and morphology of the final products were characterized by XRD,SEM and TEM.It is found that the as-prepared LiCoO2 exhibits plate morphology with single crystal structure.The particle size is less than 1μm.Compared with the commercial LiCoO2,the plate-type LiCoO2 exhibits more uniform grain size and regular morphology,which delivers a higher discharge capacity and more stable cycling performance when charge and discharge in the potential range of 2.8 to 4.3 V.
