摘  要:以聚氯乙烯(PVC)电线电缆料为基础配方,分别添加阻燃增塑剂磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯(TCPP)和TCPP/纳米三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)复合阻燃剂,研究二者对PVC阻燃电线电缆料各项性能的影响。结果表明:将TCPP加入PVC电线电缆料中,在一定范围内能提高体系的断裂伸长率,改善阻燃性能,但会使体系拉伸强度和电性能降低。纳米Sb2O3能够与TCPP形成良好的协同作用,显著提高PVC电线电缆料的阻燃性能,但会影响体系的力学性能和体积电阻率。TCPP的添加量10份为最佳。Based on the formula of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)wire and cable materials,the flame retardant plasticizer TCPP and TCPP/nano Sb 2O 3 composite flame retardants were added respectively,and the effects on the properties of PVC fire retardant wire and cable materials were studied.The results show that the addition of TCPP to PVC wire and cable material can increase the breaking elongation of the system and improve the flame retardancy in a certain range,but it can reduce the tensile strength and electrical properties of the system.The nano Sb 2O 3 can form a good synergistic effect with TCPP,significantly improving the flame retardant performance of PVC wire and cable materials,but it will affect the mechanical properties and volume resistivity of the system.The optimal amount of TCPP is 10 phr.
