摘  要:为评价龙须菜藻粉作为饲料原料替代异育银鲫饲料中菜粕的可行性,以不含龙须菜的基础饲料饲喂对照组,以含3%(D1)、6%(D2)、9%(D3)、12%(D4)、15%(D5)的龙须菜替代菜粕配制成的饲料饲喂试验组,所有饲料均等氮等脂,异育银鲫幼鱼规格一致[体质量(8. 21±0. 12) g],每组3个重复,每个重复25尾试验鱼,饲喂8周后,测定试验鱼生长性能、饲料表观消化率、鱼体成分、营养代谢等相关指标。结果表明,与对照组相比,D1组试验鱼饲料转化率、蛋白质效率、肝脏谷丙转氨酶活性分别升高7. 41%(P <0. 05)、8. 48%(P <0. 05)、11. 34%(P <0. 05); D1、D2组饲料干物质表观消化率分别升高3. 94%(P <0. 05)、3. 78%(P <0. 05); D2组血清胆固醇含量升高9. 84%(P <0. 05); D4、D5组异育银鲫的粗脂肪表观消化率分别下降2. 58%(P <0. 05)、2. 69%(P <0. 05),甘油三酯含量分别下降18. 67%(P <0. 05)、11. 20%(P <0. 05); D5组异育银鲫的脏体比、血清总蛋白含量和全鱼粗脂肪含量分别下降8. 43%(P <0. 05)、8. 26%(P <0. 05)和5. 72%(P <0. 05),摄食率、血清谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活性分别升高3. 74%(P <0. 05)、5. 30%(P <0. 05)和7. 82%(P <0. 05)。回归分析表明,随着龙须菜替代量的增加,试验鱼全鱼粗脂肪含量呈下降趋势。综上,饲料中适量添加龙须菜能促进异育银鲫的生长,用龙须菜藻粉替代异育银鲫饲料中的菜粕是可行的,以添加3%的量效果较好。In order to evaluate the feasibility of using the Gracilaria lemaneiformis(GL)in instead of the rapeseed meal as the feed ingredient for the Carassius auratus gibelio,the diets without GL were fed to the fish Carassius auratus gibelio of the control group,the GL-based diets which formulated to contain 3%(D1),6%(D2),9%(D3),12%(D4)and 15%(D5)GL by substituting rapeseed meal(all the diets were isonitrogenous and isolipid)were fed to the fish of the experimental group in the aquaculture system.All the fish were similar in the size[initial weight(8.21±0.12)g].The experiments had three repeats for each group,each group had 25 tail of test fish.After feeding 8 weeks,the relevant indicators of growth performance,apparent digestibility,body composition and metabolism of the experimental fish were tested.The results showed that compared to the control group,the feed conversion rate,the protein efficiency and the liver transaminase activity of the fish of the D1 group were increased by 7.41%(P<0.05),8.48%(P<0.05),11.34%(P<0.05)respectively;the apparent digestibility of dry matter of D1 and D2 groups were increased by 3.94%(P<0.05)and 3.78%(P<0.05)respectively;the serum cholesterol level of the fish of the D2 group was increased by 9.84%(P<0.05);the apparent digestibility of crude fat of the fish of the D4 and D5 groups were decreased by 2.58%(P<0.05)and 2.69%(P<0.05),and the lipid content were decreased by 18.67%(P<0.05)and 11.20%(P<0.05),respectively;the viscera gibel carp ratio,serum total protein content and the crude fat content of whole fish were decreased by 8.43%(P<0.05),8.26%(P<0.05)and 5.72%(P<0.05),respectively.However,the feeding rate,serum aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase activity were increased by 3.74%(P<0.05),5.30%(P<0.05)and 7.82%(P<0.05),respectively.Regression analysis showed that with the increased of the addition of GL,the crude fat content of the whole fish was decreased.In general,adding a small amount of the GL in feed could promote the growth performance of the fish,and it is
