摘  要:采用碱熔融-水热法获得粉煤灰合成沸石,其阳离子交换容量远大于原材料粉煤灰,主要成分为NaP1沸石(Na_6Al_6Si_(10)O_(32)·12H_2O),其次是莫来石,另外还有少量杂晶。考察合成沸石投加量、废水pH值、吸附时间以及反应温度对石化废水同步脱氮除磷效果的影响,结果表明:粉煤灰合成沸石的最佳投加量为9 g/L,石化废水pH值为6—8,吸附时间为30 min,反应温度为30℃时,合成沸石对石化废水中TN和TP的去除效果最好,去除率分别为65. 5%,91. 4%,此时出水中TN和TP的质量浓度分别为11. 04,0. 31 mg/L,满足《辽宁省污水综合排放标准》(DB21 1627—2008)石油化工行业污水排放标准,实现固体废弃物的综合利用,达到以废制废的目的。The zeolitized fly ash was synthesized by alkali melt hydrothermal method.The cation exchange capacity of zeolitized fly ash was far greater than the raw material fly ash.The main component was NaP1 zeolite(Na 6 Al 6 Si 10 O 32·12H 2 O),followed by mullite,and a small amount of heterozygous crystals.The effect of synthetic zeolite dosage,pH value,adsorption time and reaction temperature on the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in petrochemical wastewater was investigated.The results show that when the zeolitized fly ash dosage is 9 g/L,the petrochemical wastewater pH value is 6-8,adsorption time is 30 min and the reaction temperature is 30℃,the synthetic zeolite has the best effect on the removal of TN and TP in petrochemical wastewater,and the removal is 65.5%,91.4%respectively.Besides,the mass concentrations of TN and TP in the effluent are 11.04 mg/L,0.31 mg/L respectively.The mass concentrations meet the sewage discharge standard in petrochemical industry of“Liaoning sewage comprehensive discharge standard”(DB21 1627-2008).This study realizes the comprehensive utilization of solid waste and achieves the purpose of waste and waste.
