摘 要:针对重力对热管换热器的影响,文中搭建了实验台并实验测试了直线型和L型烧结式热管的传热的性能,分析重力、热管结构形状等因素的影响。实验结果表明:当加热功率较大时,随着倾斜角度的增加,不同结构形式的烧结热管失效段的温度逐渐降低,分析认为重力可以改变管内冷凝工作的流动特性从而影响烧结芯热管的换热特性。在重力作用下,直线型热管最佳的换热倾角为30°—60°,L型热管最佳的换热倾角为90°。As an efficient heat transfer device,heat pipe was applied to all aspects of production and life.In view of the effect of gravity on heat pipe heat exchangers,a test bench was set up to test the performance of gravity on the heat transfer of the straight line and L type heat pipe,and analyzed the influence of the gravity and the structure and shape of the heat pipe.The experimental results show that,when the heating power is larger,the temperature of the failure section of the sintered heat pipe gradually decreases with the increase of the inclination angle.It is considered that the gravity can change the flow characteristics of the condensation in the tube and influence the heat transfer characteristics of the heat pipe of the sinter core.Under the action of gravity,the optimum heat transfer angle of the linear heat pipe is 30-60 degrees,and the optimum heat transfer angle of the L type heat pipe is 90 degrees.
