摘  要:异丙醇钾属于碱金属醇盐,是吡哌酸生产中的重要缩合剂。文中在比较碱金属醇盐金属法和碱法生产工艺优缺点的基础上,对异丙醇钾的碱法生产过程进行了实验研究,异丙醇钾的反应精馏时间既和精馏塔效有关也和反应速率有关。实验比较了共沸反应精馏中填料高度、共沸剂环己烷用量对反应的影响。针对实际生产中反应时间较长、能耗较高的问题,提出采用高效塔板和高效分相器可以降低反应精馏时间、提高生产效率。As a basic alkali metal alkoxide,potassium isopropyl is an important condensing agent in the production of pipemidic acid.Based on the comparison of the process of salt and alkali production of alkali metal alkoxide,alkali production process of potassium isopropyl was studied.The reaction distillation time of potassium isopropyl is related to both the effect of the distillation column and the reaction rate.The impact of packing height and the amount of azeotropic agent cyclohexane on reaction were studied in experiment.Aiming at the problem of long reaction time and high energy consumption in actual production,it is proposed that high efficiency plate and high efficiency phase splitter can reduce the reaction time and improve production efficiency.
