摘 要:目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)对新西兰兔腹主动脉支架植入后血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取健康雄性新西兰白兔35只,建立高脂血症动物模型,处死5只分析组织学形态,将剩余30只随机分为裸金属支架组与裸金属支架+VEGF组,各15只。两组新西兰兔均应用腹主动脉支架植入术治疗,选用裸金属支架,其中裸金属支架+VEGF组加用VEGF。流式细胞检测外周血内皮祖细胞(EPC)水平,电镜下观察血管内皮化程度。比较两组EPC水平与损伤血管再内皮化速率。结果裸金属支架+VEGF组EPC水平明显高于裸金属支架组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且裸金属支架+VEGF组损伤血管再内皮化速率明显高于裸金属支架组。结论 VEGF能够提升EPC水平,促进血管内皮新生,加快损伤血管再内皮化速率。Objective To explore the effect of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)on vascular endothelial function in New Zealand rabbits after abdominal aortic stent implantation.Methods A total of 35 healthy male New Zealand rabbits were selected to establish hyperlipidemia models,and 5 of them were sacrificed to analysing their histological patterns.The other 30 rabbits were randomly divided into the bare metal stent(BMS)group and the BMS+VEGF group,15 cases in each group.Two groups of New Zealand rabbits were treated with abdominal aortic stent.BMS were used,and VEGF was added to the BMS+VEGF group.The level of peripheral blood endothelial progenitor cell(EPC)was detected by using flow cytometry,and the degree of endothelialization was observed under electronic speculum.The level of EPC and the re-endothelialization rate of injured blood vessels were compared between the two groups.Results The level of EPC in the BMS+VEGF group was significantly higher than that in the BMS group,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05);and the re-endothelialization rate of injured blood vessels in the BMS+VEGF group was higher than that in the BMS group.Conclusion VEGF could increase the level of EPC,promote the regeneration of vascular endothelium,and accelerate the re-endothelialization rate of injured blood vessels.
