中俄美三角关系:现状、特点、成因及应对

摘　　要：中俄美三角关系的合作和竞争是不等边互动态势。中俄美三角关系是国际政治的重大结构存在,将会长期持续。影响中俄美三角关系的主要因素为国际秩序的变化、双边关系中结构性的矛盾以及国家实力的变化。中俄美三角关系在地缘政治博弈过程中对国际格局影响深刻。中俄美各自的对外战略仍然是中俄美三角关系未来变化调整的基础。中国在中美关系方面要以合作求竞争;中俄关系方面要继续加强政治互信,进行有效战略协调;要防止俄美之间的缠斗影响中国的核心利益。The cooperation and competition between China,Russia and the U.S.are a scalene.The triangle relationship between China,Russia and the United States is a major structure of international politics and will continue in the long run.The main factors affecting this triangle relationship include changes in the international order,structural conflicts in bilateral relations and variation of state power.In the geopolitical game,the triangle relationship between China,Russia and the U.S.has had a profound impact on the international system.The diplomatic strategies of China,Russia and the U.S.are still the basis for the changes of this triangle relationship.China should“seek competition through cooperation”in China-US relations and continue to strengthen political mutual trust and carry out effective strategic coordination in China-Russia relations.Moreover,it is necessary to watch the struggle between Russia and the U.S.and avoid its hurt to China’s core interests.
