摘  要:本文利用长庆化工集团有限公司减压渣油为原料,浓硫酸为磺化剂进行磺化改性。通过实验探究发现,综合考虑产物的收率、表面张力等因素,确定以减压渣油为原料生产石油磺酸盐的优化条件为:反应温度为40℃,老化温度为55℃,油酸比为2. 2:1,老化时间为60min。石油磺酸盐和SDS进行复配后,泡沫体系的起泡体积和析液半衰期和复配之前SDS的相差不大,说明在泡沫体系中加入石油磺酸盐可以代替SDS进行发泡,从而降低SDS发泡剂的应用成本。In this paper,Changqing Petrochemical Group Co.,Ltd.vacuum residue as raw material,concentrated sulfuric acid as a sulfonation agent for sulfonation modification.It is found that the optimum conditions for producing petroleum sulfonate from vacuum residue are determined by considering the yield and surface tension of the product:The reaction temperature was 40,the aging temperature was 55,the oleic acid ratio was 2.2:1,and the aging time was 60min.After mixing with petroleum sulfonate and SDS,the foaming volume and the liquid half life of the foam system are little different from that of SDS before compounding,indicating that adding petroleum sulfonate in the foam system can replace SDS for foaming,thus reducing the application cost of SDS foaming agent.
