摘 要:试验旨在研究纯奶粉中添加营养素平衡剂对断奶前后犊牛生长性能和血清指标的影响。选择体重相近的新生犊牛28头,随机分成2组,每组14头,公母各半。对照(CON)组犊牛饲喂纯奶粉兑成的奶液;试验(NB)组犊牛饲喂纯奶粉+营养素平衡剂兑成的奶液。犊牛自70日龄断奶,试验期98d。结果发现:(1)生长性能方面,营养素平衡剂显著提高了NB组犊牛71~98、0~98日龄阶段平均日增重(P<0.05)和98日龄体重(P<0.05),显著提高了NB组犊牛0~70、0~98日龄阶段体高变化率、胸围变化率(P<0.05),显著提高了NB组犊牛0~70、71~98、0~98日龄阶段干物质采食量(P<0.05);(2)血清生化指标方面,营养素平衡剂显著提高了NB组犊牛42日龄血清总蛋白、葡糖糖含量(P<0.05)和98日龄血清甘油三酯、葡萄糖含量(P<0.05);(3)血清抗氧化指标方面,营养素平衡剂显著提高了42日龄NB组犊牛血清总抗氧化能力(P<0.05),2组犊牛98日龄血清抗氧化指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果提示,在纯奶粉中添加营养素平衡剂可提高犊牛干物质采食量和日增重,改善犊牛体尺,增强机体抗氧化能力。The aim of this study was to assess the effects of nutrient balance agent added to pure milk powder on growth performance and serum indexes of pre-and post-weaning calves.Twenty eight new-born Holstein calves with similar body weight were allotted into two treatments with 14 calves each(7 females and 7 males).Calves were offered milk powder(control group)and milk powder+nutrient balance agent(test group).Calves were off breast-feeding at 70 days of age and the experiment lasted 98 days.The results showed as follows:(1)for growth performance,nutrient balance agent significantly increased average daily weight aged from 71 to 98,0 to 98 days(P<0.05)and body weight at 98 days of the test group(P<0.05),and significantly increased the wither height change ratio,thorax girth change ratio aged from 0 to 70,0 to 98 days of the test group(P<0.05),and significantly increased dry matter intake aged from 0 to 70,71 to 98,0 to 98 days of the test group(P<0.05).(2)for serum biochemical indexes,nutrient balance agent significantly increased total protein,glucose contents in serum at 42 days(P<0.05)and glucose,triglyceride contents in serum at 98 days of the test group(P<0.05).(3)for serum antioxidant indexes,nutrient balance agent significantly increased serum total antioxidant capacity at 42 days of the test group(P<0.05),at 98 days of age,no significant differences were observed in serum antioxidant indexes between groups(P>0.05).In conclusion,nutrient balance agent can improve dry matter intake,average daily gain,calf body size and serum antioxidant capacity when added into milk powder.
