进口和国产激素处理杜泊羊的发情和超排效果比较

摘　　要：为研究国产激素和进口激素对杜泊羊的发情和超排效果的影响,选用体况健康的成年杜泊母羊18只,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,分别用国产和进口激素进行超数排卵处理。试验组使用国产阴道栓,注射300单位国产促卵泡激素(FSH),对照组使用进口孕激素阴道栓(CIDR),注射200mg进口FSH。观察统计两组羊的发情情况、黄体数及胚胎回收情况。结果:试验组和对照组的发情率均为94.44%;试验组绵羊羊均黄体数14.11枚,高于对照组的10.63枚,差异显著(P<0.05);试验组羊均可利用胚胎分别为9.78,高于对照组的7.43,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。表明与进口产品相比,国产产品成本低,超排效果较优,性价比高,完全可以替代进口产品用于杜泊羊的同期发情和超数排卵。In order to study the difference of estrus and superovulation effect between domestic hormone and the imported hormone on sheep,18 healthy adult Dorper ewes were randomly divided into test group to inject domestic hormones and control group imported hormones.Test group used domestic hormones and vaginal plug suppository,injection of 300 units of FSH,and control group imported CIDR,injection 10ml imported FSH.Statistics on estrus situation,the number of corpus luteum and embryo recovery of two groups were conducted.Results showed the estrous rate was 94.44%in two groups.The number of luteum in the test group was 14.11±4.31,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(10.63±6.23(P<0.05).The number of Dorper's embryos utilization were 9.78±4.76,which were higher than those of the control group by 7.43±5.88,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).It is revealed that compared with imported product,the cost of domestic products is lower,the superovulation effect is better,and is highly cost effective,which can be used to replace imported product for synchronization estrus and superovulation of Dorper.
