摘  要:在实际工作中,采用蒸馏-纳氏试剂分光光度法测定氨氮项目时,经常会遇到蒸馏后测定结果偏低的问题,蒸馏吸收液的酸度是影响方法测定准确度的主要因素之一。通过试验,提出以蒸馏水替代硼酸作为吸收液对水样进行预处理,无需调节馏出液的酸度即可得到满意的试验结果,该预处理方法测量数据稳定、精确度高、结果可靠,适用于地表水氨氮的测定。In the practical work,when using distillation-Nessler reagent spectrophotometry to determine ammonia-nitrogen items,we often encounter the problem of low results after distillation.The acidity of distilled absorbent is one of the main factors affecting the accuracy of the method.Through experiments,it is proposed that distilled water can be pretreated with boric acid instead of boric acid,and satisfactory experimental results can be obtained without adjusting the acidity of distilled liquid.The method is stable,accurate and reliable.It is suitable for the determination of ammonia and nitrogen in surface water.
