机场周围飞机噪声测试研究

摘　　要：某军用机场由于飞机噪声较大并且起飞频率高,已经严重影响到周围群众正常的生产生活,受当地政府委托对机场周围噪声进行监测。采用简易测量法,测定每一飞行事件最大A声级L_(Amax)和持续时间T_d,计算出每一飞行事件的有效感觉噪声级L_(EPN),再根据每一天的有效感觉噪声级的能量平均值L_(EPN),计算出计权等效连续感觉声级L_(WECPN)。分别以两天的L_(WECPN)最大值、平均值以及按起飞方向比例计权均值三种方式对45个监测点位噪声水平进行评价。A military airport due to large aircraft noise and high frequency,it has a serious impact on the normal production lives of people around us,The local government commissioned the monitoring of noise around the airport.Using simple measurements,we measure the LAmax and duration of time for each flight,Calculate the effective sensory noise level LEPN for each flight event.Then,according to the average energy value of the effective sense noise level of each day,to calculate the weighting equivalent continuous feeling levels LWECPN.The noise levels of 45 monitoring points were evaluated in three ways:LWECPN maximum value,average value and weight average respectively in two days.
