精梳机锡林齿尖的磨损对梳理效果的影响

摘　　要：精梳锡林齿尖磨损会造成对棉丛的穿刺能力减弱,使锡林对纤维产生的分离、伸直及平行作用减弱。文章将齿尖磨损锡林与正常锡林的梳理质量及成纱质量进行对比,探讨锡林齿尖磨损对梳理效果的影响。结果表明:齿尖磨损锡林的精梳条棉结数量增加了48%,12.7 mm以下重量短绒率增加了50%,成纱的千米棉结增加了74.6%,纱线IPI值增加了46%,成纱质量明显恶化。The wear of the tooth top of the combing machine’s cylinder will reduce the puncture ability for flock,which will also weaken the separation,straightening and parallel effect of the cylinder on the fiber.The paper conducts a comparative research on the combing quality and yarn quality of the wear of tooth top of cylinder with the normal cylinder,so as to discuss the effect of the combing machine’s cylinder tooth top abrasion on carding effect.Results indicated that,under the condition of tooth top abrasion,the number of neps of combed sliver increased by 48%,the weight ratio of short fiber below 12.7 mm increased by 50%,the neps of 1 000 meters’yarn increased by 74.6%,and the yarn IPI value increased by 46%.The yarn quality has deteriorated significantly.
