防染盐S在纯棉织物活性染料印花工艺上的研究

摘　　要：采用防染盐S助剂对纯棉织物进行活性染料印花实验,探讨了防染盐S用量对不同种类和用量的活性染料印花力份和染色鲜艳度的影响。结果表明,偶氮类活性染料的染料用量较少时,为提高染色力份和染色鲜艳度,起到色光保护作用,应在印花色浆中加入防染盐S。The reactive dye printing experiment was carried out on cotton fabrics with resist salt S auxiliaries,so as to study the effect of the dosage of resist s alt S on the dyeing strength and color vividness of different kinds and dosage of reactive dyes.The results indicated that when the dosage of reactive azodyes is less,resist salt S should add to the color paste to increase dyeing strength and color vividness,playing a role in colored light protection.
