摘　　要：文章对比分析了仪纶^(TM)、常规聚酯纤维、棉纤维的基本性能与力学性能;对比测试与分析了采用环锭纺、赛络纺、赛络紧密纺3种纺纱工艺制备的同支数仪纶^(TM)/棉(65/35)针织纱线的性能;优选赛络紧密纺纺纱工艺,纺制了20.8 tex仪纶^(TM)/棉(65/35)针织纱线,经针织、染整、吸湿快干及抗菌功能整理,开发了功能性纬平针织面料,测试了面料的刚柔性、吸湿快干、缩水率、抗起毛起球、染色牢度、抗菌等性能。研究结果显示:仪纶TM/棉(65/35)纬平针织面料不仅具有手感柔软、吸湿快干等优良的服用舒适性能,且染色牢度好,抗起毛起球性能符合标准要求,同时兼具良好的抗菌功能。This paper compares and analyzes the basic performance and mechanical property of YilonTM,polyester fiber and cotton fiber,and analyzed the YilonTM/cotton(65/35)blended yarn property produced by different spinning technology with same yarn count,including ring spinning,siro-spun spinning and sirocompact-spun spinning.20.8 tex YilonTM/cotton(65/35)blended yarn was spun by siro-compact-spun spinning technology.And then after knitting,dyeing and finishing as well as anti-bacteria treatment,a new-type weftknitted fabric was developed.And the fabric properties,i.e.,flexibility,moisture-absorbent and quick-drying,water shrinkage,anti-pilling,color fastness,were tested.Results indicated that this weft-knitted fabric has soft handle,excellent moisture-absorbent and quick-drying properties,good color fastness and anti-bacteria function.
