摘 要:针对目前引信后坐针刺发火机构理论分析并未考虑其驻室因制造误差形成的倾斜对机构运动特性暨发火正确性影响的问题,应用刚体动力学理论提出驻室倾斜对引信后坐针刺发火机构发火正确性影响的计算方法。该方法建立了引信后坐针刺发火机构驻室倾斜时发火时间和戳击能量的计算公式。理论分析和仿真结果表明:引信后坐针刺发火机构驻室倾斜对发火时间和针刺火帽戳击动能造成影响,但制造误差所形成的倾斜影响不大。引信后坐针刺发火机构驻室倾斜10°,内壁与惯性体间摩擦系数0.25时,后坐戳击动能降低3.9%,引信后坐针刺发火机构发火能量设计应考虑此裕量。In fuze setback stab firing device,the inner cavity was tilt which caused by manufacturing errors.The current theoretical analysis does not take it into account the effect on motion characteristics and correct ignition.A calculation method based on theory of rigid body dynamics was proposed when inner cavity was tilt.It revealed the effect of tilt inner cavity on the correct ignition of fuze setback stab firing device.This method established the calculation formula of ignition time and puncturing energy when the inner cavity was tilt.Theoretical analysis and simulation results showed that the tilt inner cavity had an effect on ignition time and puncturing energy of stab primer,but it had little effect.When fuze setback stab firing device tile angle was 10°and frictional coefficient between inner wall and inertial body was 0.25,puncturing energy decreased 3.9%.The fuze setback stab firing device design should consider this margin of puncturing energy.
