摘　　要：本文以在国际组织实习的硕士研究生为研究对象,以国际组织实习生实习报告以及对实习生的补充性访谈为数据基础,运用质性内容分析法,总结提炼出在国际组织顺利完成实习所需的一个基本素质和四种基本能力。一个基本素质即严谨踏实的工作作风,四种基本能力为跨角色转换能力、跨语言沟通能力、跨文化合作能力和跨领域学习能力,研究结果反映了实习生从学生到未来正式员工过渡阶段的特点。Taking graduate students who work as interns in international organizations as the research objects,this article collects data from their internship reports and supplemental interviews with them.By adopting the qualitative method of content analysis,this article summarizes the requirements for the successful completion of internships in international organizations,which include one basic quality and four basic capabilities.One basic quality refers to the rigorous and pragmatic work style.Four basic abilities are cross-role conversion ability,cross-linguistic communication ability,cross-cultural cooperation ability and interdisciplinary learning ability.The research results reflect features in the transition of the interns from students to the future formal employees.
