探讨不同时间点血浆促肾上腺皮质激素与皮质醇节律变化与原发性高血压的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨不同时间点血浆促肾上腺皮质激素与皮质醇节律变化与原发性高血压的关系。方法选取我院2017年2月～2018年2月收治的单纯原发性高血压患者100例作为B组、原发性高血压伴冠心病患者100例作为C组、原发性高血压并发缺血性脑卒中患者100例作为D组,另选取同期到我院体检的健康者100例作为A组。采用磁微粒化学发光法对4组的血浆ACTH和血清Cor进行检测。结果 8点、16点、24点B、C、D组血浆ACTH水平均显著低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。8点、16点、24点血清Cor水平C、D组均显著高于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压患者不同时间点血浆促肾上腺皮质激素偏低,尤其是并发缺血性脑卒中时血浆促肾上腺皮质激素更低。Objective To explore the relationship between changes in plasma ACTH and cortisol rhythm and primary hypertension at different time points.Methods The patients with simple primary hyperemia,primary hypertension with coronary heart disease,primary hypertension complicated with ischemic stroke and physical examination were selected.There were 400 patients in 4 groups,with 100 patients in each group.Results ACTH levels in B、C、D group at 8,16 and 24 points were significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05).The serum Cor level of group C、D at 8,16 and 24 was significantly higher than that of group A、B(P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma ACTH is often low in patients with essential hypertension at different time points,especially in patients with ischemic stroke.
