摘  要:目的观察参芪降糖颗粒对2型糖尿病大血管并发症的预防作用。方法选取2018年在我院内分泌科门诊住院的2型糖尿病患者78例作为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组与对照组,各39例。两组均给予常规治疗:口服双胍类降糖药物,配合饮食及合理运动;治疗组联合使用参芪降糖颗粒。一个疗程后,检测患者在治疗前后的血压、空腹血糖、餐后血糖2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白和血液流变性等变化。结果两组患者血压、血糖、血脂水平均下降,血液流变性均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比对照组,治疗组在降低糖化血红蛋白、降低三酰甘油及低密度脂蛋白、升高高密度脂蛋白、改善血液流变性方面效果更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪降糖颗粒能够有效降低血糖、调节血脂和改善血液流变性,可以有效预防2型糖尿病大血管并发症的发生。Objective To observe the effect of ShenqiJiangtang Granule on prevention of macrovascular complications in type 2 diabetes.Methods 78 cases with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group with 39 cases in each group.Conventional treatment was given to both groups on the basis of metformin treatment,diet and moderate exercise.The treatment group was added with ShengqiJiangtang Granule.After a course of treatment,Blood pressure,FBG,PBG,HbA1C,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,blood rheology were observed before and after treatment with patients.Results The treatment group and control group had curative effect in lowering blood pressure and blood sugar,regulating blood lipid levels and improving blood rheology(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than control group in reducing glycated hemoglobin,lowering triacylglycerol and low density lipoprotein,increasing high density lipoprotein and improving blood rheology(P<0.05).Conclusion ShenqiJiangtang Granule can effectively reduce blood sugar,regulate blood lipids and improve blood rheology.Therefore,it is possible to prevent macrovascular complications of type 2 diabetes.
