摘　　要：政治生态恶化、污浊问题的出现是由政治生态运行的内在机制生成的,政治外生态和政治内生态相互回环运转,政治内生态的闭合运行、层级运行和利益驱使,都把问题指向权力内循环问题,而破解政治生态问题的关键是要先理清政治内生态运行的规律,从而从制度制定、思想教育、法律规范等几个方面对其进行治理,党的十八届六中全会的胜利召开和《关于新形势下党内政治生活的若干准则》《中国共产党党内监督条例》的通过,彻底破解了权力内循环的魔咒,也彻底解决了政治内生态问题的症结。The problem of political ecological deterioration and pollution is generated by the internal mechanism of political ecological operation.Extraterritorial ecology and intra-political ecology work in loop on each other,and the closed operation,hierarchical operation and profit drive of the ecology in politics all point to the problem of internal circulation of power.The key to solving the problem of political ecology is to understand the laws of ecological operation in politics.Thus,it is regulated from several aspects such as system formulation,ideological education and legal norms.The Victory of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Party,together with the pass of"Some Guidelines on the Political Life within the Party Under the New Situation"and"Regulations on Inner-Party Supervision of China Communist Party"completely disintegration the curse of the internal circulation of power and completely solve the crux of the ecological problem in politics.
