摘  要:为分析大豆种子分泌物与品种抗病性关系,选用大豆疫霉抗病品种Williams82和感病品种Sloan,测定种子分泌物对大豆疫霉菌丝生长、卵孢子形成及萌发和游动孢子趋化行为影响。结果表明,抗、感品种种子分泌物均促进大豆疫霉发育行为变化及侵染,但抗、感品种间存在显著差异,与感病品种相比,抗病品种种子分泌物显著抑制卵孢子形成及萌发,孢囊萌发率明显降低,说明大豆种子分泌物与抗病程度密切相关。To analyze the relationship between soybean seed exudates and disease resistance,resistant cultivar Williams82 and susceptible cultivar sloan were selected to determine the effects of their seed exudates on mycelial growth,oospore formation and germination,and zoospore chemotactic behavior of Phytophthora sojae.The results showed that both resistant and susceptible cultivars seed exudates could promote the developmental behavior of Phytophthora sojae and enhance the infection,however,there were significant differences between them.Compared with the susceptible cultivar,the seed exudates of resistant cultivar significantly inhibited the formation and germination of oospores,and the germination of cysts.It suggested that soybean seed exudates were closely related to the degree of disease resistance.
