摘 要:为了提高射流泵在定量工作液条件下的引射液体量,提升射流泵的引射比,对射流泵工作液进行脉冲处理。通过模拟射流泵在8个脉冲周期下的三维流动,分析了不同周期和不同脉冲波形条件下,引射液体量、出口截面平均速度、出口湍流动能和喉管混合处的静压力等物理参数的变化规律。结果表明,在一定脉冲周期范围内,出口截面平均速度随脉冲周期的缩短呈上升趋势,且上升速率越来越快,可将速度平均值提升21%。与恒定射流相比,当脉冲周期大于0.06 s时,引射液体量不仅没有提升,还会产生流动涡旋,增加能量耗损;当脉冲周期缩短至0.04 s时,引射液体量提升显著;继续缩短脉冲周期,引射液体量最大可提升34%。In order to make the efflux pump attract more fluid under the condition of quantitative working fluid and improve the ejection ratio of the jet pump,the pulse treatment is carried out for the working fluid of the jet pump.Through the simulation of the jet pump under eight pulse periods of three-dimensional flow,the change rules of physical parameters such as the amount of ejection fluid,the average exit speed,the export of turbulence kinetic energy and the static pressure in throat are analyzed under the different periods and pulse waveforms.The results show that the average velocity of the export section increases with the shortening of the pulse period,and the increasing rate is faster with the average speed increasing by 21%.When the pulse period is greater than 0.06 s,the amount of ejection fluid can not increase,the flow vortex generates and the energy dissipation increases.When the pulse period is shortened to 0.04 s,the amount of ejection fluid increases significantly.With the pulse period being shortened,the amount of ejection fluid can increase by 34%.
