摘 要:特定形貌的金属以及合金类材料因具有独特的物理化学性质,在催化剂、光学、电学、电化学等方面有着广泛的应用价值。如何有效地制备特定形貌的金属类材料是研究者关注的热点,其中电沉积是较为便捷的方法。离子液体特殊的理化性质使其越来越广泛地用作电沉积的电解液。综述了离子液体电化学沉积的最新研究进展,从金属、合金、金属纳米材料三个方面进行归纳,总结了离子液体在制备不同类型及形貌材料时所起的作用,以及形貌调控的影响因素,并指出了离子液体电沉积存在的问题及未来的研究方向。Metals and alloy materials with specific morphologies have a wide range of applications in petrochemical catalysts,optics,electricity and electrochemistry due to their unique physicochemical properties.How to effectively prepare metallic materials with specific morphology is a hot spot of attention and electrodeposition is a more convenient method for material preparation.The special physicochemical properties possessed by ionic liquids have led to their increasing use as electrolytes for electrodeposition.This paper reviews recent advances in the electrochemical deposition of ionic liquids,focuses on the three aspects of metals,alloys,and metal nanomaterials.Ionic liquids role in the preparation materials with different types and morphologies,and the modulation factors which effect on the morphology are summarized.Furthermore,the problems in the electrodeposition of ionic liquids and future research directions are presented.
