摘 要:文章以成形法加工大型圆柱齿轮的齿距误差为研究对象,依据齿轮齿距精度评价方法,对数控回转台分度误差、刀具磨损误差和机床热变形误差对齿距误差的影响进行了讨论,分析了连续分度、距齿分度加工方式对齿距误差的影响规律。采用一种在齿轮精加工工序中跨齿分度加工方法以减小齿距误差,并通过实验进行了验证。研究表明,采用跨齿分度方法可有效降低因回转工作台分度分辨率、刀具磨损和机床热变形造成的齿距类误差,提高大型圆柱齿轮齿距类误差的加工精度。The research object of this paper is the gear pitch error of forming a large cylindrical gear.The relationship between gear pitch errors and NC rotary table indexing error,tool wear,as well as spindle thermal deformation,were discussed respectively according to the gear pitch accuracy assessment method.The influence rule of the gear pitch errors with respect to continuous indexing and cross-indexing processing method was studied.Then,an processing method was used for less the pitch errors by cross-indexing processing method in gear finishing process,and the results were verified.The research shows that the method of cross-indexing processing can effectively reduce gear pitch errors and improve gear pitch precision in forming processing big cylindrical gears.
