摘 要:为解决四刀位数控车床对刀精度不高引起零件加工误差的问题,设计出一种精准对刀装置。经关键零部件加工工艺、受力情况等方面的分析,该设计方案切实可行,并制作出该装置。与传统对刀方式相比,利用该装置对刀可以大大提高对刀效率,零件的加工误差得到了一定的减小,同时还可以实现各种不同型号、不同刀杆厚度刀具的精准对刀。该装置的成功研制,不仅解决了四刀位数控车床对刀误差问题,还可解决普通车床的对刀误差问题,为其他机械加工设备的精准对刀提供借鉴。In order to solving the problem of four cutters CNC lathe tool setting accuracy is not high caused machining error of parts,a precise tool setting device is designed.It’s proved that the design scheme is feasible though analysis the processing technology and force of the key parts,and the physical device is made.Compared with the traditional way of tool setting,using this device can greatly increase the efficiency of tool setting,the machining error of parts can partly decrease,and precision tool setting can be realized for various different types and thickness of cutters.The successful development of the device solves the problem of tool setting error in the four cutters CNC lathe and ordinary lathes,and has a certain reference value for the precise alignment of other processing equipment.
