摘　　要：供应商质量管理是精益供应链质量管理的一部分,是对质量管理的进一步研究和探索。针对供应商质量管理中供应商产品质量进行可追溯管理与控制研究,构建了基于精益供应链的供应商产品质量可追溯管理系统。采用条形码技术对供应商产品质量进行全生命周期内可追溯管理,同时建立供应商产品质量故障管理程序,对相应的供应商进行分类管理。供应商产品质量追溯管理系统对于增加企业的市场适应能力,提高产品知名度,增加产品附加值,提升效益有着重要作用。SQM is not only one part of the lean supply chain quality management,but also the further research and exploration of quality management.The traceability management and control of supplier product quality in supplier quality management was studied,and constructed the traceability management system of supplier product quality based on lean supply chain.The bar code technology was used to execute the traceability manage of the supplier product quality in its whole life cycle.At the same time,the supplier product quality fault management program was established and the corresponding suppliers were manage through classification.Supplier Product quality traceability management system will play an important roleImproving efficiency in increasing the market adaptability of enterprises,raising the visibility of products,and adding the value of products.
