摘 要:为解决现有三维模型检索方法难以满足MBD模型相似性对比的问题,提出了一种基于特征的MBD模型检索方法。首先,采用CAD系统二次开发技术提取MBD模型特征参数信息,并以模型检索为目的,结构化表达MBD模型信息。其次,根据MBD模型信息,以特征及其参数信息为结点、特征依赖关系为边构建有向无环图。最后,给出基于非精确图匹配的MBD模型几何信息层相似性对比方法;并且考虑非几何信息层,实现了综合几何信息与非几何信息的MBD模型检索。检索实验结果表明,相比于传统CAD模型检索方法,文章提出的方法能够检索出工艺信息重用价值更高的MBD模型。A MBD model retrieval method based on feature was proposed to solve the problem that existing 3D model retrieval methods could not satisfy the similarity comparison of MBD model.Firstly,MBD model feature parameters extraction were completed and then stored in the proposed structure for the purpose of model retrieval by CAD system secondary development technology.Secondly,the feature dependency directed acyclic graph of MBD model was constructed according to the MBD model information with the feature parameters information as nodes and the feature dependency as edge.Finally,the similarity comparison of geometric information was proposed based on inexact graph matching.Further considering the non-geometric information layer,MBD mod-el retrieval was completed based on both geometric and non-geometric information.The experimental results shown that the method we proposed received the MBD model with higher process information reuse value compared with traditional CAD model retrieval method.
