摘　　要：针对目前高速住宅电梯滚轮导靴引起的电梯振动和电梯噪声的投诉,提出了一种新型宽频降噪高寿命的电梯滚轮导靴。加入聚四氟乙烯材料层,利用其摩擦因数低、耐磨性好等特点,降低噪声,延长其使用寿命,中间设置橡胶层,减缓径向受力,降低振动。滚轮上增设小孔,利用亥姆霍兹小孔吸声原理在滚轮上形成共振腔,以达到降低运行噪声的作用。设计简单,制造成本低,具有工程应用意义。A new elevator roller guide shoe with broadband noise reduction and long service life has been proposed to solve the complaints about elevator vibration and noise caused by elevator roller guide shoes in high-speed residential buildings,.The PTFE material layer with low friction factor and good wear resistance is added to reduce noise and prolong service life.A rubber layer is arranged in the middle to slow down radial stress and reduce vibration.And small holes are added in the roller to form resonance cavities on the roller to reduce g running noise according to the Helmholtz small hole sound absorption principle.With a simple design and a low manufacturing cost,it can be applied on engineering.
