摘　　要：介绍了一种适用于大型盾构机的智能化卷扬式管片吊机,该设备在满足6~14 m直径盾构机在隧道施工中管片吊运供给需求的同时,采用开环防摇控制系统、报警式起重机用遥控器等技术,不仅可以安全快速地运行在±5°斜坡轨道上,而且较普通环链葫芦型管片吊机具有起重量大、运行速度快、结构更加紧凑、自动化程度高、安全可靠等优点,能更好地满足隧道施工进度的要求。This paper introduces an intelligent winch type segment crane suitable for large shield machines.The equipment can run safely and quickly on a slope with±5 degrees,using open-loop anti-swag control system,remote controller for alarm type crane and other technologies while meeting the demand of segment lifting and supply of shield machines with a diameter of 6 to 14 m in tunnel construction.In addition,compared with common chain hoist segment crane,it has a larger lifting weight,faster running speed,more compact structure,higher automation,safety and reliability,which can better meet the process requirements of tunnel construction.
