摘　　要：产品的可靠性对于企业能否在竞争日益激烈的市场中脱颖而出起着关键作用。以能够真实反映托盘搬运车的可靠性作为探究其可靠性试验方法的出发点,以托盘搬运车的结构强度、使用性能等技术要求作为其可靠性试验方法的制定依据,并结合企业售后部门提供的托盘搬运车故障情况,制定了托盘搬运车的可靠性试验方法,同时提出以同等有效循环次数作为可靠性试验的另一考核周期,以提高试验结果的准确性。Product reliability plays a key role in whether enterprises can stand out or not in the increasingly competitive market.With the true reflection of reliability of the pallet jack as the starting point for test method exploring its reliability and the technical requirements such as the structural strength and service performance of the pallet jack as the basis for formulation of reliability test method,and combining with failures of the pallet jack provided by the after-sales department of the enterprise,the reliability test method of the pallet jack is formulated,and meanwhile the equivalent number of effective cycles is proposed as another assessment cycle of the reliability test,so as to improve the accuracy of test results.
