摘 要:基于市场对重型车辆的制动需求和相关法规,比较了几种常见的辅助制动装置,最终选择了发动机压缩释放辅助制动作为产品的开发依据。根据市场需求,开发了某款基于10L/12L发动机的辅助制动系统,从方案设计和试验过程两个方面详细介绍了该压缩释放制动系统。方案设计阶段:本着改动最小、对车辆无影响的原则,对运动机构、制动油路和电控部分进行方案设计;试验过程阶段:对气门间隙进行了调整,测试了缸压、气门升程、推杆力、排气温度、制动功率等关键参数,验证了方案的制动性能和可靠性。Based on the market requirements and legislations for brakes of heavy duty vehicles,several kinds of common supplemental brake devices were compared and the engine compression release brake was finally determined as the development reference.One supplemental brake system for 10 L/20 L engine was developed in accordance with the market requirements and the compression release brake system was introduced in detail from the aspects of project design and test process.The actuation mechanism,brake oil circuit and electronic control module were designed based on the principle of little change and influence.In the end,the valve clearance adjustment was conducted and the parameters such as in-cylinder pressure,valve lift,pushing force,exhaust temperature and brake power were measured,which verified the brake performance and reliability of the designed scheme.
