摘 要:利用Pro/E软件建立了缸套、缸盖和缸体三维模型,并抽取得到了冷却水腔模型。利用GT-Suite中GEM3D模块实现三维模型向管路、流动部件和热质量一维模型转换,通过台架试验数据验证了模型的准确性。对标定工况下发动机本体传热量、温度分布以及冷却液入口流量、发动机转速和负荷对传热性能的敏感性进行了分析,仿真结果为发动机本体传热控制及优化提供了理论依据。The three-dimensional models of cylinder liner,cylinder head and cylinder block were established by Pro/E software and the cooling water jacket model was extracted.Using the GEM3D module in GT-Suite,the three-dimensional model was converted into one-dimensional model of pipe,flow components and thermal mass.The bench test data verified the accuracy of the model.Then the influences of heat transfer,temperature distribution and coolant inlet flow,engine speed and engine load on engine heat transfer under the calibration condition were analyzed.The simulation results provided a theoretical basis for the control and optimization of heat transfer in engine body.
