平台视角下制造企业服务化转型研究综述与展望

摘　　要：平台已成为企业的重要组织结构。平台研究大都集中于平台企业和平台理论,少有研究将平台与制造企业服务化转型关联,制造企业如何利用平台成功实现服务化转型已成为研究界关注的重点。本文通过对产品平台、产业/协同平台、网络平台进行梳理,从"制造企业"、"服务"、"转型"3个方面深入分析不同平台视角下制造企业服务化转型核心因素之间的差异,并提出网络平台下的研究展望。研究发现:传统制造企业依赖技术等制造资源,专注于产品开发;在由初级向中级服务阶段转型进程中,制造企业通过产业/协同平台实现资源互补,聚焦于增值服务的提供;在向集成解决方案提供商转变过程中,则通过网络平台进行多方资源整合,实现产品与服务的相互嵌入。The platform has become an important organizational structure of the company.Platform research mostly concentrates on platform companies and platform theories.Few studies have linked the platform to the transformation of manufacturing companies.It is the focus of the research community that manufacturing companies how to use the platform to successfully implement service transformation.Through combing the product platform,industry/synergy platform and network platform,the article deeply analyzes the differences among the core factors of the service transformation of manufacturing companies from the three perspectives of“manufacturing enterprise”,“service”and“transition”.The study finds that:traditional manufacturing companies rely on manufacturing resources such as technology,focusing on product development;in the transition process from primary to intermediate,manufacturing companies realize complementary resources through industry/collaborative platforms,focusing on the provision of value-added services;in the transition to integrated solution providers,multi-party resource integration is implemented through network platforms to realize mutual embedding of products and services.
