摘 要:为了快速、准确地检测出水质指标,将光纤、电容液滴分析技术作为检测手段,定量检测溶液浊度。通过光纤、电容液滴传感器获取溶液生成液滴过程中基于液滴体积液的"液滴指纹图"。根据指纹图特征,确定了浊度的测量范围,选取光纤信号最大峰值作为分析对象,建立其与浊度的拟合方程,实现了0~200 NTU浊液的快速检测,这种测量方法最大相对误差为3. 9%,具有较高的准确性。To quickly and accurately measure the water-quality index,fiber and capacitance droplet analysis technology was applied as the detection means of quantitative measurement of turbidity in solution.Liquid drop fingerprint based on liquid droplet accumulation in the process of liquid drop formation was obtained through fiber and capacitive droplet sensor.The measurement range of turbidity was determined.As the maximum peak values of optical fiber signal were selected as the objects of analysis,the fitting equation is established to detect the turbidity based on the relationship between maximum peak values and turbidity.This detection means measured the turbidity rapidly between 0 to 200 NTU.The maximum relative error of this method is 3.9%and has high accuracy.
