摘　　要：针对工业自动化控制系统中,各类控制系统存在多种协议接口、通讯受限、难以集成的问题,提出了一种基于多级网络协议转换的通信模型。通过对CJ系列PLC与DCS分散控制系统之间的通信问题的研究,搭建2种协议设备集成的硬件系统,配置2种硬件设备和协议转换网关的参数,组态人机接口画面,最终解决了分别支持DEVICENET协议和PROFIBUS-DP协议的异构网络控制系统的集成问题。建立了以PLC设备为现场下位控制子系统,以DCS作为上位远程监控系统的多级网络协议转换的两级控制系统。For the industrial automation and control system,there are many kinds of protocol interfaces in all kinds of control systems,and the communication is limited and difficult to be integrated.A communication model based on multi-level network protocol conversion was proposed.Through the research on the communication between Omron CJ series PLC and Siemens DCS,the hardware system of two kinds of protocol equipment was built,the parameters of two kinds of hardware equipment and protocol conversion gateway were configured,the man-machine interface picture was configured,and finally the problem of the integration of the heterogeneous network control system respectively supporting DEVICENET protocol and PROFIBUS-DP protocol was solved.A two-level control system with PLC equipment as on-site subordinate control subsystem was established and DCS was taken as superordinate remote monitoring system s multi-level network protocol conversion.
