摘  要:针对蠕墨铸铁件加工过程中出现的明暗网状嵌套纹路,从蠕墨铸铁件加工后的显微组织、显微硬度、微区成分等方面进行探讨和分析,结果表明:(1)蠕墨铸铁加工表面明暗网状嵌套纹路是由珠光体体积分数、共晶团大小和数量以及蠕虫状石墨的分布特点造成的,共晶团边界具有不完整、断续分布的特点;(2)网状嵌套纹路是共晶团组织在宏观形态下的外在表现,共晶团边界处石墨含量少、硬度高,加工后为加工面的高点,颜色宏观发亮,共晶团内部石墨含量高、硬度低,加工后为加工面的低点,颜色发灰。Aimed on the bright and dark mesh nesting lines appearing during the processing of vermicular graphite iron parts,the microstructure,microhardness and micro-area composition of the vermicular graphite iron castings were discussed and analyzed.The results showed that:(1)The bright and dark mesh nesting lines on vermicular graphite iron was caused by the pearlite volume fraction,the size and number of eutectic groups and the distribution characteristics of the vermicular graphite.The eutectic boundary had the characteristics of incomplete and intermittent distribution.(2)The mesh nesting pattern was the external representation of the eutectic structure in the macroscopic form.The eutectic group boundary had less graphite content and high hardness.After processing,it was the high point of the processing surface with macroscopically bright color.In the eutectic group,graphite content was high and the hardness was lower.After processing,it was the lower point of the processing surface and the color was gray.
